This is the ideal for the professional swimmer. To use the Pull Kick TRAINER PRO as a pull buoy, you can clip the product between the legs. The special ergonomic shape allows the product to be properly clamped between the legs so you can train the arm muscles. You can also hold the Pull Kick Trainer Pro securely in your hands using the special handles. You use the product as a kickboard so that you can then properly train the leg muscles.
